Unemployment Compensation under the Means Test
Just started doing bankruptcy work and have a question for all you experienced attorneys. On the Means Test there's a place (1.8 I think) to enter either "Unemployment Compensation" or "Unemployment Compensation claimed to be a benefit under the Social Security Act". Could someone please explain this to me?
